The Board of Directors has selected Harford Property Services, LLC to be the new management company for the Association effective April 1, 2015. Harford Property Services can be reached by phone at 410-939-1500 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. If there is an emergency after business hours, you can reach a 24 hour emergency telephone line at the same number. The assessments will remain the same and should still be paid to your Association. However, starting with assessments due on April 1, 2015, your dues should be sent to Crescent at Cherry Lane Homeowners Association c/o Harford Property Services, P.O. Box 345, Aberdeen, MD 21001. If you use automatic bill pay through your bank, please make sure that you change the mailing address. Online payments for the assessments will be available soon.

As a reminder, the third quarterly assessment was due on July 1. If payment is not received by July 15, additional late fees and interest will apply. General Quarterly Assessments are $109 for all homes and Alleyway Quarterly Assessments are $60 for all homes with alley access.
You may pay your assessments online via smartstreet. There is no fee for electronic check payments. Credit card (MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) payments are subject to a $9.95 fee. Alternatively, you can mail a personal check, cashier's check, or money order to:

As a reminder, the second quarterly assessment and annual on-lot maintenance assessment is due on April 1. If payment is not received by April 15, additional late fees and interest will apply. General Quarterly Assessments are $109 for all homes and Alleyway Quarterly Assessments are $60 for all homes with alley access. The annual on-lot maintenance assessments are $70 per year for townhomes and $100 per year for single family homes.
