As a reminder, quarterly assessments AND annual on-lot maintenance assessments are both due on or before April 1.  If your payment is not received by April 15, additional late fees and interest will accrue.  Assessments are as follows:

Quarterly Assessments
Alleyway Homes $197
Non-Alleyway Homes $119

Annual On-Lot Maintenance Assessments
Townhomes $60
Single-Family Homes $90

The problem is that people can't be trusted to cut the grass themselves. Plenty of people don't tend their property as it is. The grass cutting fee includes all the common areas as well, I believe. But $60 does seem like a lot per townhouse.

I want to know these $60.00 for townhomes for grass cutting. Mean seriously. I just have cople of foot grass that even I can cut it by myself. Association have have funds in the account but still keep increasing the fee.

I concur with Imran. I don't understand why this extra $60 for something we can do for less ourselves in addition to what we are already paying ($197).
I just realized that quarterly assessments fees is unfairly burdened over residents of Craftstar Homes. If the on-lot maintenance assessment is common for everyone in the community why is the quarterly assessment different?
