Quarterly Assessments Due October 1

As a reminder, quarterly assessments are due on or before October 1. If your payment is not received by October 15, additional late fees and interest will accrue.
Quarterly Assessments are as follows:
Alleyway Homes $197
Non-Alleyway Homes $119
A number of homeowners are behind on their assessment payments. Please contact Tidewater to bring your account current or if you are unsure if your account is past due.
