Pet Waste Disposal

The Board has received complaints regarding homeowners who fail to pick-up after their pets in the common areas and in resident’s yards.
The Board asks that residents be considerate of their neighbors and clean up as required by both Laurel City Ordinance and the Covenants.
Failure to do so may result in a first time fine of $15.00 and subsequent violations will result in a fine of $25.00. After four violations, the Board shall determine if the pet is a nuisance or source of annoyance for community members, which may result in the pet being banned from the community.
