Parking Issues
Residents are reminded that parking along the street in front of a driveway (even your own) is not permitted and illegally parked cars may be subject to towing. The Board will consider whether parking restrictions along the odd-numbered side of First Baptist Lane and on Breckenridge Street and Rockcastle Street at the April board meeting. Residents with concerns are encouraged to attend the meeting.
First Baptist Lane Speeders
Numerous residents have also raised concerns about traffic entering and exiting the First Baptist Church in the mornings. The Board has discussed the concern about speeders and traffic not staying to the right with the Laurel Police Department. The Department is randomly monitoring traffic between 7:00 am and 8:30 am in an effort to slow down traffic on First Baptist Lane.
Delinquent Assessments
The Board would like to remind all residents that the payment of quarterly dues and annual lawn maintenance dues is required. Payments made more than 15 days late are subject to late fees and interest. Continued failure to pay the required dues may result in legal action. If you are unsure if your dues are current, you are urged to contact Renée Parks at Tidewater Property Management at 443-548-0191.
