If necessary, the reconvened annual meeting will be held immediately before the Board of Directors' meeting on November 19, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. At the reconvened meeting, the members present in person or by proxy will constitute a quorum in accordance with Md. Corp. and Assoc. Code § 5-206 and Section 4.7 of the bylaws of the Association, and the members present may take any action that could have been taken at the original meeting had a quorum been present.
